WHEN WILL I KNOW IF IT IS APPROVAL AND WHEN THE NEW DATE WILL BE?

STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR EXAM CONFLICT REQUEST DECISION WITHIN 24 HOURS.

STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE THIER DEFERRED EXAM DETAILS 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DEFERRED DATE.

DURING THE EXAM

Do Not Panic.
For the general exam test room, get assistance from the proctor in the testing space.
For all other test takers, return back to the cover page of the exam and turn your computer screen away from your line of sight.

*Leave a message with your name, test location, and brief description of the concern.
Do not continue with exam. A member of the Exam Administration team is working on the issue.
Once the issue has been resolved, send a text message to 202-940-6148. Wait for instructions on resuming your exam Dean Brookes.

WILL THIS TIME IN GETTING MY ISSUE GO AGAINST ME?

Students will not be penalized for the time used to have the issue resolved. *The text/voicemail will be used to calculate the start time for when the issue begun.

No, your exam is not lost. In worst case, it can be retrieved on the back end. Students will not be penalized for the time used to have the issue resolved.
